Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services operated by Oasis Regatta.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website oasisregatta.sg and our maritime services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Charter Bookings and Payments

All yacht charter bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred date and vessel. Full payment must be settled at least 14 days prior to the date of embarkation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the charter date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 14-30 days prior will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter are non-refundable.

4. Shipboard Conduct and Safety

The safety of our guests is paramount. All passengers must follow the instructions given by the Captain and crew at all times. Oasis Regatta reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guests engage in illegal activities or behavior that threatens the safety of the vessel or persons on board.

5. Liability and Insurance

While Oasis Regatta maintains comprehensive marine insurance for our fleet, we strongly recommend that guests obtain their own personal travel and medical insurance. Oasis Regatta shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven gross negligence of the company.

6. Use of Website

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Oasis Regatta's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
